Leonid Lourie. Innovative activity in the context of educational philosophy

Conceptual and methodological problems of innovative activity are observed from the point of view of philosophical and cultural generalizations and identification of the essential foundations of modern education. Innovative activity is not carried out to the best of its ability — it overcomes the threshold of predetermination due to super-powers.

The teacher is the creator of innovations, his obsession is contagious. He creates a new aesthetic system. Innovation acts as a synthesis of education and freedom and serves as a source of inspiration for the subjects of education involved in the dramatic plot of the struggle of ideas. Innovation is a way of expressing the national identity of its participants in the educational process, which rises to the awareness of the acute worldview problems, the mental qualities of the teacher as a professional, the philosophical meanings of the life of the educational community in the country and the world.

Manuzina S. L., Kamanina M. V.  Mental arithmetic

Abstract: Тhis article discusses issues of child development in the understanding of the game at an early stage of his life to rigorous study at school. In the third Millennium the child should grow up comprehensively developed person. In modern society, intelligent people are considered a national treasure, so the first-priority task - development of skills to active mental activity. An approach to brain development using mental arithmetic - the method of verbal counting.

Purpose. Тo Consider the intellectual development of a modern child in the dynamics of the game to the latest learning technologies such as mental arithmetic.

Methods and techniques. We used socio-pedagogical and cultural approaches in the initial consideration of a rapid breakthrough in the development of intellectual abilities of children through a new method of rapid counting "mental arithmetic, based on the historical aspect of child development through the game.

Scientific novelty. Currently, the issue of early development of the child, which provides for the formation of a fully developed personality, does not lose relevance. It is known that the third Millennium was marked by an "information revolution". In modern society, intellectually developed people are considered a national treasure, so the task of forming the ability to active mental activity comes to the fore. "Geniuses do not fall from the sky, they should be able to form and develop," A. Bebel said. In the mental development and, if I may say so, the mental education of preschool children, along with proven techniques such as sensory education, the scientific world and the entire advanced pedagogical Arsenal unfolds to innovative methods. The most important, in my opinion, is the new method of rapid oral counting - mental arithmetic, which not only teaches you to quickly count in the mind, but also develops both hemispheres of the child's brain. Curiosity, activity to the doctrine is formed, memory and logical thinking are trained. The issue of mental abilities and a developed intellect in our days, comes to the fore and leads to other questions of cultural studies, social adaptation and behavior in society, and then the civilian positions of responsibility.

Practical significance. The cognitive space of the school and the out-of-school environment closely interact with each other, socializing the personality of the child, introducing it to the culture and value orientations of our time. Familiarity with society gives the child the feeling that he is part of the big world in its historical development. There is a discovery and realization of own "I" and this "I" has to be clever, intellectually developed, all-round, sociocultural and harmonious. In modern society, intellectually developed people are considered a national treasure, so the task of forming the ability to active mental activity comes to the fore. What needs to be done in order that the modern child could open the mental abilities, train them? It is important to organize the educational and cognitive process as a form that deepens knowledge and promotes rapid intellectual ontogenesis.  Our answer to the question is mental arithmetic. Mental arithmetic - a new technique in Russia oral counting using abacus opens us new horizons of the so-called "fast" mind, the development of fine motor skills through playing forms of additional education social and cultural orientation.

Key words. Мental arithmetic, additional education of children, methods of counting, the development of the child.

Leonid Lourie «New wave» lyceums in verse crisis education reforms in russia (based on lyceum № 1 experience, the city of perm)

Abstract.

Introduction: Lyceum education is a remarkable example of advances of civilization. Every epoch fills with its genuine implications spiritual aspirations of humanity and passes them on to the new generation. Lyceum education of “new wave” in Russia is making attempts to convey experience of Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum where Pushkin and numerous other gifted people of Russia got education based on liberal ideas. Perm Lyceum №1 was amongst the first lyceums of the new time in Russia, its success and failures are typical for many educational establishments of the country.

Materials and Methods: Being a unique sociocultural phenomenon, lyceums should be established not only by educational department, but also at the level of municipal departments of culture and science as well as other institutions interested in training highly-qualified specialists. Lyceum community lifestyle, consolidated values of the individual, the society and the state are essential for nurturing professional elite and professional leaders, which have recently been acknowledged. This is not a personal, but a national problem. The basis of such education is the system of continuous education “school – university”, which allows, due to its flexibility, to change and adapt personality-centered trajectory of a student’s development.

Results: Particular innovations, which constitute the concept “Lyceum” if used miscellaneously will, at best, merely add a certain touch to the learning process. What is more essential is the composition integrity of the innovations which result in formation of a new individual in Russia. All this requires financial support, which at present cannot be provided by the state, but commercial services in education and health care, which appear to be very tempting, will finally tend to be on the wane.

Discussion and Conclusions: The best samples of educational and research work can be generated in the framework of the system of lyceum education to be introduced in other educational establishments. Innovations that could ameliorate the quality of education in Lyceum and other educational establishments have been considered. Extraordinary security measures, which are being introduced in educational establishments of the country, transform the Lyceum into security area with “frigid hospitality”. In addition, this area is imposed with increased land taxes, turning this area into Chekhov’s “Cherry Orchard” in future. Stagnation in education devalues the “new wave” of lyceum education and molds the innovation “calm”, fraught with indifference and loss of creative activity.

Key words: lyceum, culture, system “school-university”, orientation of education, effectiveness of lyceum education, continuity of education.

Orlova E.V. Learning role games at russian language terms

Abstract: Role play is one of the interactive teaching methods that are widely used in modern education. Modern educational standards require the use of interactive methods. The reform and renewal of higher education in Russia also requires the use of interactive methods.

Teaching role-playing game is widely used in classes in the Russian language in the formation of students of philological and non-philological specialties of linguistic and communicative competence.

The goal of the role-playing game in teaching the Russian language is the formation and development of readiness for communication in Russian in oral and written forms, as well as readiness for self-development, self-realization, self-education, and the use of creative potential.

Teaching role-playing games serve the formation of linguistic and communicative competencies, as well as the socialization of the individual. This is the most important task of the modern Russian education system. The greatest result when using role-playing game is achieved when teaching active, well-performing students.

The organization of a role-playing game requires a high qualification of the teacher to create a benevolent, creative, relaxed atmosphere in the classroom that promotes a more active learning of the Russian language. A teacher who has interactive methods, in particular, the ability to organize learning games, is valued more than just a knowledgeable subject teacher, since he can effectively organize work on revealing the creative potential of the student.

Teaching role-playing games are divided into rigid, regulated, and free, allowing improvisation of students. The organization of the teaching role-playing game includes three stages: preparatory, main (playing the game) and final. Each stage has its own goals and objectives. Correct compliance with all stages of the role-playing game allows you to achieve the goal and objectives.

Of particular importance is the third stage, the stage of evaluating the results of a role-playing game, which, as a rule, receives the least attention. There are 4 main approaches depending on the subject of evaluation.

In the most democratic approach to evaluation, students who participate in the role-playing game are first expressed. Each pair of students who make up the dialogue itself estimates with comments about their successes and failures. This allows you to form and develop self-control and self-analysis skills, contributes, above all, to emotional withdrawal from the game. All members of the student group demonstrate their reflection about what they saw and heard later. In conclusion, the teacher summarizes the discussion, focuses the attention of the students on the main results, on the successes and failures of the presentation of the dialogues within the framework of the teaching role-playing game.

Samples of educational role-playing games can be found in textbooks written by the author of the article.
