Abstract. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodological foundations of the future teacher’s social responsibility formation.
Methods: the analysis of the scientific, psychological and pedagogical literature; the reflection of domestic and own experience in the social responsibility formation; the theoretical research data generalization.
Results: the features of the teacher's social responsibility and the approaches to its formation as a personal quality that have developed in educational practice are revealed; the patterns and principles of the social responsibility formation and its optimal conditions are substantiated.

Аннотация. Цель статьи – обосновать методологические основы формирования социальной ответственности будущего учителя.
Методы: анализ научной и психолого-педагогической литературы; рефлексия отечественного и собственного опыта формирования социальной ответственности; обобщение данных теоретического исследования.
Результаты: раскрыты особенности социальной ответственности учителя и сложившиеся в образовательной практике подходы к ее формированию как личностного качества; обоснованы закономерности и принципы формирования социальной ответственности и в каких условиях этот процесс будет оптимальным.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of adaptation of foreign students to the sociocultural conditions of Russia. The interest in obtaining higher education in the Russian Federation remains quite high nowadays despite sanctions from Western European countries. That is why the problem of adaptation of foreign students to the conditions of living and studying in Russia as an unusual linguistic and socio-cultural environment is becoming urgent.
Purpose. Identification of the peculiarities of the adaptation process by foreign students at the university in a small town.
Methodology and methods. The sociocultural approach was used to understand the process of adaptation by foreign students at a university in a small town. The questionnaire survey was used to identify the specifics of adaptation process among students who came from different countries.
Scientific novelty. The study revealed the features of adaptation of foreign students to the conditions of a small city. For optimal passage of the adaptation period students need to have a support system that is including the development of special programs covering familiarization with the cultural, national, socio-economic, and regional characteristics of the students’ place of residence and forming an effective interaction with representatives of various ethnic groups.
Practical significance. The identified features of adaptation of foreign students can be used to form an effective system of support for university students in a small town.

Аннотация. Статья посвящена изучению проблемы адаптации иностранных студентов к социокультурным условиям России. В настоящее время, несмотря на санкции со стороны западноевропейских стран, интерес к получению высшего образования в Российской Федерации остается достаточно высоким. В этой связи актуализируется проблема адаптации иностранных студентов к условиям жизни и учебы в России, непривычной для них языковой, социокультурной среде.
Цель. Выявление особенностей прохождения процесса адаптации студентами-иностранцами в вузе в условиях малого города.
Методика и методы. Использован социокультурный подход в понимании процесса адаптации иностранными студентами в вузе в условиях малого города. Применялся метод анкетирования для выявления специфики протекания адаптационных процессов у обучающихся, приехавших из разных стран.
Научная новизна. В исследовании были выявлены особенности адаптации иностранных студентов к условиям малого города. Для оптимального прохождения периода адаптации обучающимся необходимо наличие системы сопровождения, включающей разработку специальных программ, охватывающих ознакомление с культурными, национальными, социально-экономическими, региональными особенностями места пребывания студентов, построение эффективного взаимодействия с представителями различных этнических групп.
Практическая значимость. Выявленные особенности адаптации иностранных студентов могут быть использованы для построения эффективной системы сопровождения обучающихся в вузе в условиях малого города.

Abstact. In the proposed article the author actualizes the content of the strategic goal of the state educational policy, focused on improving the quality of highest education, namely the creation of conditions for students to assimilate professional experience and values of professional activity, their self-development and self-improvement at the stage of study in highest education. One of the factors contributing to the effectiveness of this process is social education of students as a special form of organization of pedagogical process in highest education.
Purpose. To specify the scientific and practical understanding of social education as a special form of organization of pedagogical process in higher school and the most important component of the conceptual foundations of building the process of professional socialization of future specialists in the social sphere.
Methods. Theoretical – analysis of socio-pedagogical research on the mentioned problem, comparative and interpretative methods; empirical - analysis of the existing experience of social education implementation in educational institutions of higher education of different departmental affiliation, including on the basis of studying the available documentation, as well as observational and diagnostic measures.
Scientific novelty. The materials presented in the article allow to expand the subject field of socio-pedagogical knowledge, to determine the most important grounds for studying and comprehending the problems of social education of future specialists of social sphere, their professional socialization at the stage of highest education.
Practical significance. The author of the article defines specific tasks of social education in the process of professional socialization of future specialists of social sphere at the stage of training in highest school, specifies the possibilities of their solution in the socio-pedagogical context.
