THE NEED TO MOVE FROM IMITATION TO PEDAGOGICAL MODELING IN PREPARATION
FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE AND COMBAT TASKS IN THE SYSTEM

Annotation. This article substantiates the need to move from imitation to pedagogical modeling in preparation for the performance of service and combat tasks in the system of professional education of future police officers.
Purpose. To identify the shortcomings of the simulation approach in the educational process, as well as to justify the need to switch to pedagogical modeling in the process of preparing future police officers to perform service and combat tasks.
Methods and methods. In the process of research, an interconnected and interdependent complex of general scientific and pedagogical methods is used.
Scientific novelty. In this article, based on the analysis of real situations and statistical data on cases of deaths and injuries of law enforcement officers in the line of duty, it is concluded that many accidents happen to them when a police officer is illiterate and untimely reflects the attacks of offenders. The authors prove that with the help of pedagogical modeling there are real opportunities to form the necessary competencies for the effective performance of service and combat tasks to repel the attacks of offenders on citizens and police officers.
Practical significance. The use of pedagogical modeling is necessary for high-quality training of police officers for the use of hand-to-hand combat techniques. This approach should be fully consistent with the official activities of the police. Modeling of complex situations of service activity will allow students to fully immerse themselves in their upcoming professional activities and firmly link combat techniques and service situations with specific conditions of their application.

Аннотация. Актуальность. В данной статье обосновывается необходимость перехода от имитации к педагогическому моделированию при подготовке к выполнению служебно-боевых задач в системе профессионального образования будущих полицейских.
Цель. Выявить недостатки имитационного подхода в образовательном процессе, а также обосновать необходимость перехода к педагогическому моделированию в процессе подготовки будущих полицейских к выполнению служебно-боевых задач.
Методика и методы. В процессе исследования применяется взаимосвязанный и взаимообусловленный комплекс общенаучных и педагогических методов.
Научная новизна. В данной статье на основании на основе анализа реальных ситуаций и статистических данных о случаях гибели и ранений сотрудников органов внутренних дел при исполнении служебных обязанностей делается вывод, что множество несчастных случаев с ними происходит, когда сотрудник полиции неграмотно и несвоевременно отражает нападения правонарушителей. Авторы доказывают, что при помощи педагогического моделирования есть реальные возможности сформировать необходимые компетенции для эффективного выполнения служебно-боевых задач по отражению нападения правонарушителей на граждан и на полицейских.
Практическая значимость. Использование педагогического моделирования необходимо для качественной подготовки сотрудников ОВД к применению боевых приемов рукопашного боя. Такой подход должен полностью соответствовать служебной деятельности полицейских. Моделирование сложных ситуаций служебной деятельности позволит обучающимся в полной мере погрузиться в их предстоящую профессиональную деятельность и прочно связать боевые приемы и служебные ситуации с конкретными условиями их применения.

Annotation. The intensification of changes and the increasing complexity of the social environment highlight a person's ability to adapt. In this regard, the study of the adaptation of cadets of a specialized university in the conditions of changing socio-economic environment is becoming increasingly important nowadays.
Purpose. To identify the adaptive qualities of the cadets' personality in the conditions of studying in a specialized higher educational institution in the first year of study.
Methodology and methods. Methods of analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, pedagogical experiment were used (the methodology of "Socio-psychological adaptation" by K. Rogers - R. Diamond, K. Rogers - R. Diamond; methods of mathematical data processing: Student and Fisher t-test for independent samples and assessment of the level of shift in values of socio-psychological adaptation using the Wilcoxon criterion).
Scientific novelty. The adaptive qualities of the cadets' personality in the conditions of studying in a specialized higher educational institution in the first year of study are revealed. It is concluded that additional training (training sessions) at the beginning of the training of first-year cadets contributes to the development of their adaptive personality qualities at a higher level, thanks to which boys and girls are much more successful and adapt to the university environment faster.
Practical significance. The article raises an urgent question for many specialized universities: how prepared are applicants for training, and at what level they have developed adaptive qualities. According to the authors, there is a need to work out the difficulties and problems that arise during the adaptation of first-year cadets to the conditions of a specialized university. For a more effective adaptation process, it is proposed to introduce a cycle of training sessions that contributes to an increase in the number of highly adapted cadets.

Аннотация. Интенсификация перемен и увеличивающаяся сложность социальной среды выдвигают на первый план способность человека к адаптации. В связи с этим изучение адаптации курсантов специализированного вуза в условиях изменения социально-экономической среды в наши дни приобретает все более важное значение.
Цель. Выявить адаптационные качества личности курсантов в условиях обучения в специализированном высшем учебном заведении на первом году обучения.
Методика и методы. Использованы методы анализа психолого-педагогической литературы, педагогический эксперимент (методика «Социально-психологическая адаптация» К. Роджерса – Р. Даймонда; методы математической обработки данных: t-критерий Стьюдента и Фишера для независимых выборок и оценка уровня сдвига значений социально-психологической адаптации с помощью критерия Вилкоксона).
Научная новизна. Выявлены адаптационные качества личности курсантов в условиях обучения в специализированном высшем учебном заведении на первом году обучения. Сделан вывод, что дополнительная подготовка (тренинговые занятия) в начале обучения курсантов-первокурсников способствует развитию у них адаптационных качеств личности на более высоком уровне, благодаря чему юноши и девушки намного успешней и быстрее приспосабливаются к среде вуза.
Практическая значимость. В статье поднимается актуальный вопрос для многих специализированных вузов: насколько подготовленными для обучения являются абитуриенты, и на каком уровне у них развиты адаптационные качества. По мнению авторов, возникает необходимость в проработке возникающих трудностей и проблем в период адаптации курсантов-первокурсников к условиям специализированного вуза. Для более эффективного процесса адаптации предлагается вводить цикл тренинговых занятий, способствующий увеличению количества высоко адаптированных курсантов.
